  • Directs Awak to visit Twic County as most disadvantaged.
  • Provides letter of support to build school.

On the 3rd of February 2010, Awak had a meeting in Warrap State at the Ministry of Education where he met with the State Minister Mr. Acuil Akoc.

Awak told him about World Without Boundaries Foundation's plan for building a school. In the meeting they also discussed about the lack of school trained teachers and that any help we could provide in training teachers would be greatly appreciated.

The state has approximately 344 primary schools and 8 secondary schools. More then 80 percent of the schools are those that fit in the following categories, under the tree, grass made or roof shade only.

The Minister directed Awak to go to Twic County, which is the most disadvantaged count in Warrap State in terms of providing formal education for children. He said that Twic County would be the perfect spot to establish the first school for the Foundation.

On the 9th of February the State Ministry of Education provided Awak with a letter of support for World Without Boundaries Foundation to build a school in Warrap State. This letter can be read here: Letter of Support
